Terms of Service.

By buying The Stack Installer ($297 one-time) or downloading the free Stack files, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English on purpose. No legal jargon hiding ugly clauses.

1. Who you're buying from

Elisabeth Hitz, based in Barcelona, Spain, operating as Closer Method. Sole proprietor. No employees. Contact: elisabeth@closermethod.com.

2. What you're buying

The Stack Installer is a digital product. You receive:

A ZIP file with 26 SKILL.md files
A brain-doc-template.md to fill in
A 4-layer install guide (.md)
7 days of private Instagram DM access with Eli (text-only, async, no calls)
Lifetime updates to the SKILL.md files as they're refined
The made-to-work guarantee (defined below)

3. Pricing

Current founder cohort price: $297 USD, one-time. No subscription. No recurring charges. Future cohorts may pay more · current buyers lock in the $297 price for their lifetime access to the toolkit.

4. The made-to-work guarantee

If a skill doesn't fit your business once you install it, DM @closermethod with what's not working. I'll rebuild it custom for you. Free. No time limit. No forms. As many rebuilds as you need. I'd rather build you something that fits than take your money.

This guarantee continues indefinitely after the 7-day install thread closes. Your only obligation: actually use the skills, fill the brain doc honestly, and tell me when something doesn't work.

5. Refund policy

No cash refunds. Reason: digital products are non-revocable once delivered (you have the files), and the made-to-work guarantee is more valuable than a refund · you keep the skills AND I rebuild what doesn't fit.

If you can't make the install work and the made-to-work rebuilds haven't solved it within reasonable effort, email me directly. I'll work it out with you 1:1.

6. Intellectual property

The SKILL.md files are yours to use forever in your own claude project, for your own business, for your own clients. Edit them. Customize them. Build on them.
You may not resell the SKILL.md files as a kit or redistribute them as your own product. That includes posting them on github as if you wrote them, packaging them into a competing product, or selling a "customized" version of the bundle.
Output is yours. Anything Claude generates from your brain doc + the skills is yours to ship, edit, deploy, sell. No royalty. No attribution required.
The brand "Closer Method" and "Stack Installer" are mine. Don't use them in your own marketing without permission.

7. Limit of liability

You're buying a system that helps you ship faster with Claude. You're not buying done-for-you services or guaranteed business outcomes. Your results depend on:

Whether you fill the brain doc honestly
Whether you actually use the skills
Whether your offer is real (this can't fix a bad business)
Whether Anthropic's platform stays operational

I'm not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative losses (e.g., "I lost a client because Claude was slow"). My maximum liability under any circumstance is the amount you paid me ($297).

8. Anthropic's platform

The Stack Installer requires Claude Pro ($20/mo from Anthropic). The skills run on Claude's projects + skills features. If Anthropic changes pricing, rate-limits, or feature availability, the SKILL.md files still work in any Claude-compatible client (per the agentskills.io open spec). I have no control over Anthropic's decisions and can't refund based on their changes · but the made-to-work guarantee still applies if a skill stops working because of an Anthropic change.

9. Affiliate program

If you participate in the affiliate program (see /affiliate-program): you earn 30% of any sale you refer. You must disclose the affiliate relationship per FTC rules. You can't promise outcomes beyond what the sales page promises. Payouts are monthly via Stripe transfer or PayPal.

10. Geographic restrictions

This product is not sold to visitors from Russia. If you reached this page from Russia in error, contact elisabeth@closermethod.com.

11. Changes to these terms

If we materially change these terms, we'll email everyone on our list. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms. Date of last change at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain (where the business is based). If we have a dispute we can't resolve via email, jurisdiction is Barcelona, Spain.
