unzip the toolkit.

double-click closermethod-stack-installer-toolkit.zip in your downloads folder. you'll see a folder named ai-builder-setup with 26 .md files inside. ~30 seconds.

open claude → projects → new project.

go to claude.ai/projects and click create project. name it "the stack" or anything you like. ~1 minute.

drag the 26 .md files into project knowledge.

inside your new project, find the project knowledge upload area. select all 26 .md files from the unzipped folder and drop them in. claude will read them as your skill library. ~2 minutes.

fill the brain doc, then fire your first skill.

open file 02 (brain doc), answer the 5 questions about your business (~15 min), paste the filled doc into the project knowledge alongside the skills. then start a chat and type the trigger from any skill ("write me a website using the website skill" or "build a 4-week launch plan"). claude reads your brain doc + the skill, outputs a finished file. ~5 minutes for your first one.
